Mobicel Cosmo Tab
I've bought Mobicel Cosmo Tab 7 inch at jet mart in alexandra plaza on the 27th October 2017 as a gift for my son. The phone doesn't switch on and when i put it on charger it keeps on showing 6% charging. I then went to jetmart and was told to take the phone to morning side as they don't take in phones for repairs. I did'nt buy this tab at morning side i want them to book it in for me, replace tablet or refund my money that's all.

Kindly return the phone to the store with the receipt and imei number for assistance and they will send it away to the service provider for repairs since it has past the 7 day return period.
