MISSING LAY-BYE ITEMS

Last night I went to Jet, Zevenwacht Mall to collect a lay-bye I had made. I arrived and handed in my slip for them to find the items I bought. After almost an hour of waiting, they still have not found the lay-bye items. I was told that they will have to continue looking for the items and I should leave my number with them. This was a very disappointing experience as Jet is a well-known brand and for them not have a proper storing system in place is shocking. I requested for their manager to call me but to no avail. They called a few minutes ago to inform that they found the items FINALLY! If I missed payments then I would have forfeited the lay-bye. So it is okay for me to pay but not okay for them to store the items in an orderly fashion. They wasted my time and the least that they can do is make up for it in the way of a 10% discount!
