misleading sms
On Friday 27/02/15 and Saturday 28/02/15 I received smsses stating that I could get 10%-100%of my purchase on my account at jet/jetmart.<br> <br> Today, Sunday 01/03/15 I went to jetmart Middelburg eastern cape and bought myself a microwave oven.<br> When I got at the pay point I was told that I will not receive my discount because the item was already on promotion.<br> <br> Nowhere in one of the smsses does it say that the offer excludes promotional items. Therefore as a regular and valued client as stated in the smsses I am more than certain that I was to get my discount.<br> <br> Why even bother sending smsses if they are misleading. I bought the microwave and I still want my discount.<br> I am not very happy about this never did I had any trouble with jet/jetmart.
