Misleading

I purchased bras at jet Zewenwacht mall after being told at the fitting room by the gentleman that I'm not able to fit before purchasing I confirmed with the manager who assured me I will be able to return if the size is incorrect (which I previously did at the same branch) today I went to return it the cashier refused even after I explained to her that the manager on duty previously said I could!!!! I was sent home and told to come back when manager is available. I literally only get to the mall once a month . I feel cheated!!!!
