Metal Pins found in boot
I purchased a pair of T Black long Lace boots (product code- ***) at Jet stores in Golden Acre. Upon arriving home that evening , I put the right boot on an the heel of my foot pearced into two metal pins sticking up through the sole of the shoe. I took the boot off and tried to remove these pins with a pliers- It wouldnt budge. date of purchase: 30th April. I then returned them to Jen in Tygervalley centre as I wasnt near Cape town. The manager at Jet said there was nothing she could do as it was a manufacturing fault. Since then ,. I hurt my foot as the metal pins dug into my foot. I am not happy with this at all , I think it is disgusting. Further to that, on the day of purchasing these boots the first two pairs I looked at both had faulty Zips. Are you telling me that no quality control is done before the goods are put on the shelf?
