Messed up
I just called your call centre and they confirmed it's a repaired phoned that you dispatched, I don't want a bladdy messed up phone again, if it's not a new one then I want a refund. I had enough of this nonsense now. You will receive a call from my Clientele lawyers now and I'm posting in the media as this is unacceptable, Jet Store Canal Walk

29 Sept 2018, 10:53Thank you once again for making contact with us . We will escalate your concerns to the store for further assistance as we cannot make that decision. With regards to cellphones the policy allow an exchange within the first 7 days of purchase in the event the handset is faulty .
