<p>i went to JET Fourways Mall and was met with a consultant at a client service booth who transfered me to be assisted by Shandukazi.Because i was only there for one thing to activate my GIFT CARD ,BEING TRAnsfered i thought of the worse but unfortunately my thinking was wrong,shanduikazi politely asked for the gift card ,ID card and jet club and assisted me with a smile making sure every detail is accurately captured.Hence today i felt i must give credit to where its due.That Shandukazi continue raising the flag of excellent client service in your own space shine there.</p> <p>im impressed you surpassed my expectation</p>
