****med R1200 on my jet account

I received an sms notification today at 18h39 saying that I had made a purchase of R1200 using my jet account at shoprite checkers, I immediately called their call center as I had not made this purchase only to be told that I have to wait for it to clear only then my matter will be forwarded to their *****s department which I didn't understand, why should I wait for a transaction to clear when I know every well it was not done by me, they couldn't even block it since it was pending until they finish with their investigation. It is so disappointing to know that your account information is not safe someone can just purchase using your account, worst of it all my card is with me never lost it or misplaced it. What verification methods did they use when this transaction was authorised I really feel unsafe being a jet account holder and knowinng that I called immediately after I received the notification and they couldn't assist me.

Thank you to TFG for replying and fowarding my matter to Jetenquiries (not sure why it wasn't jet who rep**** to my matter) but nothing has been done I even completed a dispute form and there hasn't been any communication from them, right now I don't even know whether they have even started investingating, their silence to me says they are promoting *****, as I have been told my card was used in Centurion yet I reside in Durban clearly that alone should prove that I was ****med and to make matters worse transaction done will accumulate interest are they going to reverse all the R1200 plus interest accumulated when they eventually decide to resolve my query?
Honestly regret having an account with Jet, how come I'm having to go through so much trouble when I informed them emmidiately after I was ****med when they could have just blocked the transaction before it cleared.
I am not going to let this go I cannot pay for a transaction I know nothing about.
