Maphoko goes the extra mile!
You employ an awesome young lady by name of Maphoko. She goes the extra mile and from what I have seen - she even knows her customers by name. This young lady is professional and helpful and cares about Jet and her products and the service that her customers receive. Sadly, I have purchased rather poor quality items from your stores but Maphoko sees this and doesn't mind me returning the items within the same week when they are not up to standard. This is great service. Well done to Jet for employing her and well done to Maphoko for being a true Edcon Ambassador.
