Loud unbearable disrespectful noises

Good day

I always wanted to complain but i said i'd rather speak to the store manager of Jet store in Kempton Park, which i never did as i've realised that i don't have to tell a store manager what customer care is all about.

My complaint is about the noise levels of the music they play, it i so loud it sends customers away, i tell you this has been happening for the past year or so, it is the most difficult thing to experience when one wants to do shopping, i even told the security two months ago, that i was about to complain, i mean, this isn't a shebeen nor is it a tavern or night club where your staff has to play such loud, often unpleasant music. Which isn't music at the end of the day, but noise. This Jet store is my prefered store in the East Rand for the past 15 years, but i don't think i can or want to go there anymore, because the loud noise.

Hopefully somebody will understand where i'm coming from and maybe somebody else have experienced this problem as well. But this simply preposterous that so much noise are being made in a shop, from a well established and respected company and or brand. Respect us as your customers.
