Listed negatively when the account is paid up

I urgently need assistance with updating my credit report. I have paid up my Jet account 19.09.2024 and now my Credit report states that I am in arrears. I have a paid up letter from Consumer Friend however, they have still not updated my credit report. I need this sorted out urgently!!!!
