Lies about cellphone warranty

I bought a ZTE V795, the phone is still under a supposed 2 year Vodacom warranty, it started freezing after only 4 months use, had to remove battery to start it again, then top left of screen slowly started blurring. i took it to Vodacom, they told me they do not repair this make of phone, i took it back to Jet, the manager said they will send it away for repairs and it will take 3 weeks! I asked for a loan phone, they refused! How are you supposed to be without a phone for 3 weeks! Its a smartphone, its not like you can just buy another one to use for 3 weeks! When i bought this phone i specifically asked the salesperson about the warranty and if they would give me an equivalent loan phone, and they said YES! And they also said I take it direct to Vodacom as they guarantee it for 2 years! Jet sells poor quality phones, it was not dropped or did not get wet, the display is still working, just a small part of the screen is not readable which must be a short or defect that started after the phone started freezing. Jet **** about the warranty. Jet **** about the loan phone. Disgusting and shocking service from them!
