Let's adhere to rules

I went to the church street branch in pietermaritzburg and left feeling irritated. We are fighting a terrible pandemic and you walk into a store only to be served by a person who has their mask pulled down the entire time. People are dying left right and center. What is this lady saying about covid metaphorically serving customers without wearing a mask? Highly disappointed!!!!
