Left in the cold by jet

I bought a 1Dynamic heater in May on the 25 2019, not even a month later the heater stopped working, I went back to the shop while it was pouring rain on the 05 June 2019 to advise them the heater isn't working and they replaced with another one, when I got home the replacement heater was also not working. I then called the store at Mitchell's plain to advise them that the heater is also not working and spoke to a lady who advised that they will have a look at the store and see if they still have the heater in stock, she called me back and advised that I can go back to the store the following day to collect the heater which with all my protesting as I advised them I'm pregnant and going up and down to the shopping center while it's raining heavily and wasting taxi money is not what I had imagined as they should have tested the heater while I was in store instead of giving me another broken heater. Regardless of my protest I went back on the 06 June to collect the heater, it worked fine untill today when I got back from work on yet another rainy day in cape Town to switch on the heater only for it to work for a few minutes and shut down. I called the store again to advise them that the same heater is not work of which I got a reply that they don't remeber me or any heaters being returned, I advised them I still have the original box of the heater with all the markings from the date purchased and all the exchanges, I also advised them that I do not have the till slip as a few weeks ago my mom who came to take care of me as I'm heavily pregnant cleaned my room and unfortunately threw way told papers and to my misfortune the slip was in one of those paper piles. I was then advised that the is nothing they can do for me even though I informed them I still have the purchase from my bank statement and can show them atleast proof of purchase, of which the phone was put down on me without any answer to everything I had asked them. I'm deeply troubled by all of this especially in my condition and never imagined that I would have so much stress caused by one electric heater in my life. What's funny is a bought the same heater last year and took it to the eastern cape and that heater is working perfectly fine, it's such a pity it's so far. I have been a very loyal customer for jet mart and never did I think their customer service would drop so much. I work in customer relations andbi believe when giving a service the customer must be given an exoeribenx that they will remember, and this to me has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Granted I don't have the till slip as they require, however I would think the original package, marked and signed by their agents clearly stating the date op purchase and all the history of the translations I had with them would be enough. Also because I used my card my bank statement clearly shows the date and time of the purchase but today I'm sitting here on another cold rainy day without the warmth and comfort of the heater I bought with such good faith with the hopes my unborn baby would be able to come into the world with the heater still operational like the one at my eastern cape home, but that is not possible. To say I'm disappointed in the customer service would be an understament I'm actually furious but I'm trying my best to remain calm. Jet you could do better.
