Lazy staff

I am absolutely appalled by the laziness of the Jet store in phoenix - My mum went to do an exchange on a birthday gift which i purchased for her but with an incorrect size and she was **** to and told i bought it on account and the card is required . I do not even have an account with you guys .i swiped my debit card . The laziness in just not wanting to do and exchange. This affected my debit account in no way . Absolute hogwash . Who will compensate for my time and inconvenience as now another trip is required. i swear i will return everything due to pathetic service. i have been a loyal client for many years
