Layby, Jet Store in Zeerust

A few weeks ago an item displayed by the window caught my eye as I have always wanted a baseball jacket. I went into the jet store in zeerust to make a laybye only to be told by Neo that they only make laybys of 3 items and above. I then enquired with JET via Instagram and was told that it's not true. When I went back to the shop, Neo refused to help me again even after I showed her the texts, when i asked for their layby policy they didn't provide it and just said management made the rule. I then wrote an email to their customer services who in turn said the same thing that was said on Instagram by JET. Today I went back to the store with the email, Neo continued to refuse to help until I showed her the actual email and that's when she started to assisting me while throwing insults and saying that do I want management to fire her because they don't 1 item laybys and it has been a rule since she started working there. She made a spectacle out of me infrony of customers and her colleagues.Her colleague continued to say she will never assist anyone who laybys 1 item even if they report her she doesn't care. She further added that Exact does not make Laybys under 700. Something is really wrong with TFG employees at the said stores in Zeerust. If you read this, note that you can make a 1 item layby at jet.
