Layby issue

<p>Hi there </p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disappointed with the service of this company. I am actually writing this review on behalf of a friend and he does not have access to a computer or internet. Your client Rashaad Ismail purchased a kettle, mini oven and a Russell Hobbs microwave all adding up to nearly R3000. When he got to the store initially, the customer did not let him know of the terms and conditions regarding this layby. He was told after making 5 payments that the layby period is for 3months. He was under the impression that the layby was for a longer period considering that non of the consultants refused to take his payment. After wanting to do the last payment this month, he was told that the goods would be put back onto the shelf and that he forfeited his money as well. Is this the way we do business here? Robbing innocent, loyal customers?</p> <p>Rashaad has proof of all the payments and now is refused to be helped. I would like this to be sorted at the soonest. Kindly contact him should someone see this and do something about it because this is terrible. ********** </p>
