Layby

I would like to lodge a complain about Jet at Cosmo mall everytime I went there to do a layby I'm always told the system is offline.And sometimes I could see that the system is working very wellIt's just that the cashiers are lazy to do it .The other thing if you want to cancel the layby and do the purchase they give you an attitude.
