Lambani in flip flops

Got to Jet in Southdale Mall and a gentleman wearing flip flops called Lambani told to go pay my Jet account at Sportscene as he was still busy on his cellphone. I have never experienced such unprofessional service in my life. His till was apparently the only one open, so disappointing in such a big establishment
