Lack of support for legal services

I have three services with Jet, Credit, Mobile phone insurance, and legal plan, I have wanted to use my legal plans in difficult times but was impossible without a policy number making me pay a monthly premium for nothing and when vising branch during weekends they cannot help me unless if I visit during weekdays since the legal department does not work on weekends which is expensive due to my work situation.
