Lack in customer service

I went to Jet, saw a jersey I wanted to purchase. The jersey had no price tag and there was no other jersey that was the same type. When I asked someone to assist me she took my contact details and said they will call a other branch but everyone is closed except this one (Secunda mall). Take into consideration that was on a Friday at 3 o'clock and it wasn't a public holiday. They never contacted me back I am really disappointed in the service they provided me with. And this is not the first time that Jet was lacking customer service.
