Labels with FALSE information - BEWARE!!!!!

My son has extreme eczema and can only wear 100% cotton clothing. I usually buy the occasional t-shirt etc. from Jet for my son as sometimes there are 100% cotton products on the shelves. 2 weeks ago i went into Jet Cape Gate Mall - I bought several items - items amounting to just over R700 on my account for my son because we checked the labels and they ALL say 100% cotton. I get home to my mum who is better at telling material than I am (clearly) and she told me that fleece stuff could never be cotton and THAT is why my son had an outbreak of eczema so severe it has caused painful tears on his skin. Now, sure, maybe i should have known better but do you not found your company on integrity?? On honesty?? Are those not somewhere part of your values? My son was so excited for the clothes I had to wash them immediately so he could wear them. Now the tags are gone. Slip is gone - but it is still on my account. I want to take it back. BUT first, I would like an email from someone other than a random customer service agent (because it is not your place to handle this) but from a regional manager or something. Someone must explain to me why i have to drive to a shop again to return clothes that falsely states that it is 100% cotton.
