I haven't bought from Jet on my account for a long time, tried to purchase shoes at Edgars only for them to inform me my card has been blocked for *****. I phoned them "and they unlocked the card" only to find out today it is still blocked. Tried to get trhough to ***** and they transfered me to Jet accounts, Jet accounts transfered me to *****, tired of explaining! Know your Job!
