Jett clothing store deduction on debit card while I am at home. *****?

It is a disgrace how blatantly ***** is committed by Jet clothing store. We bought items on 25/06/2026 and pay via debit card which went through, but to our surprise yesterday 05/09/2026 while in the comfort of our house, another transaction went off our debit card while it is in our possession at home. I went to the store, no manager on duty and the senior staff member was not helpful at all as she had no clue of procedure.
