Jets stores refuse to unblock my card sine 2019 the service was terrible .

I would like to know why my Jet account can't be unblocked I have been waiting for almost a year now.

I was ****** in 2018 and realized that the people who stole my phone was using my accounts i immediately blocked all my clothing accounts temporarily until the case was sorted only in 2019 when i went to the store to unblock my account they phoned the accounts department because it was blocked twice by the ***** dept and accounts dept the ***** dept unblocked the card from their side but the accounts dept didn't they said they will and send me a message of when can i start using my card until to day we are in 2020 already I'm still waiting for their message.

But what i don't understand they are still sending me emails regarding my account which i don't owe instead I was told to open a new account from scratch which i think is very unfair just because i didn't use my account for sometime until the case was sorted which was not my fault.

I am really not impressed with Jet Stores service at all i have been a liable customer for years and never skipped a month or paid my account late but this is the kind of treatment that I received.
