Jets steeling from the old

This is now the second time I am writing this review. Jets is really just messing around now with my grandmother. Everytime they say they will phone her and they don't. Jets does not even know what os going on in their own company. My grandmother first has to phone and speak to 5 or more consultants before someone decides to make an effort to help. She has used over R200 of air time to try and get her account sorted.

Jets messed up and someone has been using ******* phone privileges on her account which she never agreed to and ever Jets can see she never approved it, but somehow no one can fix it and there is a RCS account which she also never agreed or asked for. Now they are ignoring her request to cancel and refund her.

Jets is the most useless uneducated company that I have ever delt with. They steel from old people and make no effort to help or correct their error.

Jets if are not to busy steeling other old folks money just take a few minutes and assist my grandmother. ***.

If this is not taken seriously we will be going afriforum.
