Jets Phoenix plaza Durban is a bad place to buy cellular phones. My dad purchased his phone from there and his a pensioner. The phone went in for same software repair 4 times an his still having the same problem. Just refuses to replace the unit. They keep sending phone in an mus wait 6 weeks at a time. They just prolong till the guarantee expires. Why can't they send directly to manufacturers. Worst service regarding cellular phones.
