Jet's new inappropriate rule?!!....

My friend and I are highly disappointed in Jet Vereeniging. We went together to Jet to look for a dress for my friend. She wanted to fit and I went with her, as we are both straight and only friends. She's way older than I am and she's married. As I wanted to enter the changing rooms, i was stopped and told i'm not allowed to enter as it's only 1 - 1. Now I don't see why we were treated like that as I would never fit in clothes of Jet im an 18 and up and Jet don't stock dresses in my sizes, so it's not like I can ***** it. My friend can't reach zippers so I always go with to help her. And that changing rooms are HUGE!! Also their locks don't work, so the doors can't even close properly. We went to ask the manager and he couldn't give an explanation as to why we can't enter together, he just told us "only one are allowed to go in, it's the rules". I then proceeded to ask him what if I take my mother with me (I mean my mom and I always go in together (I buy undergarments from Jet)) and again he said it's not allowed it's the "rules". Now what rules? There's no law that says anything like that! My friend also asked what if she want's to go with her little daughter in, and again apparently it's not allowed, and what if they **** her? We need clarity as to why? Because it's highly upsetting and we feel like we don't want to go to any Jet ever again, as we are treated like *********, and who knows what else... Also what store doesn't have proper changing rooms that don't even have locks on the doors and cant even close properly?
