Jets is ******** my mother

My mother has an account with jet for years now more than 20 years . So in 2019 she bought a laptop at cna using her jet card and a phone a year later those were here the huge amount shoppings.Since than she has been paying R800 or R700 but her balance is not corresponding or not decreasing as she's expecting. She went to the shop to find out what is going on ,the told her the she has been paying for a cellphone insurance and funeral cover that she doesn't know of and they canceled it since she told them she knows nothing about it.

But still the installment did not decrease since they canceled about a R400 For the insurance and funeral cover .even today her balance is R8000 which shouldn't be like that according to the payments she has made so far .
