Jet's account management is the worse. Account paid up, struggling to get a paid up letter.
I have paid my Jet account in full in 2021 and despite numerous calls and emails for a paid up letter, they have not provided me with one. They also listed this account with several debt collectors and at transunion. This is pathetic to say the least.
