Jet/Rcs not allocating payments

I have been batteling since September 2020 to sort out my payments not reflecting on my jet account. Have made numerous attempts to sort out this issue but have not receive any assitance, i have therfore refused to make any payments until my account has been sorted, accounts department keep on contacting me for payments but cant assist with payment allocation. Could someone please advise on what I can do to resolve this issue?
