JET/RCS GROUP PUTS RIDICULOUS HIKE ON CLIENT MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS!!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the new way that accounts are now handled since RCS took over the Jet group. I always paid R300 max on my account if I had no credit available and now since RCS took over this just hiked to R500 a month. I received an email today stating my account is in arrears and I need to make payment by the end of the day although I did pay my account in the beginning of October! This new installments are ridiculous!! I WILL NEVER BE USING MY JET ACCOUNT AGAIN, if this how they do business! THEY ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS!! I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ASAP AND OPENING IT WITH ANOTHER STORE THAT IS NOT AS RIDICULOUS AS THE JET RCS GROUP NOW!! I had no problems with the previous way Jet handled accounts before RCS took over, it was a breeze doing business with them! BUT NOW I AM NO LONGER SUPPORTING THE JET/RCS GROUP!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!
