Jet/RCS DATA and airtime ******

I have airtime subscription and ER 24 deducted from my account. On agreement i was told its data for vodacom. Once deducted it is data for Cell C. I am battling to canxe it both the data and the ER 24 deducrions which i dont need. I was referred to RCS telephone *** where i have to go to option 4 for airtime and data deductions. Once i fet there i get cut off and no one else is prepared to assist me. I have sent emails to which the company peomised to respond withi 48 hours but never did once i mention the dara and airtime deduction. Kindly assist
