JetOnline - Inconvenience

<p>I placed an order online on Friday 20.01.17. The order was delivered on 24.01.17 and left at reception.</p> <p>Upon collecting the parcel and opening it, I found that the wrong size clothing was delivered. I had ordered a size 44 jeans, however a size 34 was in the packet.</p> <p>25.01.17 @ 08.03 Called ***was given the number ********** 277 to phone for the fashion hotline.This number does not exist.</p> <p>Called ********** 925 as this is the contact number given on the jetonline website. Was placed on hold for 10 minutes without any assistance and the call was cut.</p> <p>Called 011 ********** and was given a number 011 ********** to phone. No one could assist me.</p> <p>Why is it that not a single telephone number and not a single person can assist with JetOnline queries??? This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.</p> <p>I will not accept that the wrong size was delivered than what was ordered and I will not be going to a store to return the item.</p> <p>I did online shopping for a reason and expect the correct item and size to be delivered to me and the incorrect item to be taken back.</p> <p> </p>
