Jetmart church street do not shop there please

Jet mart is by far the worst retail store ive come across, a while back i was seeking assistance on there top floor,there were no shop assistants insight had to walk around looking for assistance and their staff members are all rude, and do not know anything about being professional. Today i stood in the queue for 30-45 minutes waiting to be assisted abd there were only 2 or 3 cashiers which took forever with each customer having no sense of urgency what so ever. The service is appauling.
