JET WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My Jet Club membership has been canceled 5 months ago but there is still a R42 debit order going off each month?? How can this be? If I call they put you through to another division and the line goes dead, or they give you an alternative number but every number seems to be the at the incorrect department.

This sums up customer service in our country!!!
