Jet wont close my account

I have had a number of issues with Jet. 2 years ago I was receiving a statement in my name for someone that was not me. Once that was resolved I started getting random charges on my account that I don't use. When that was meant to be resolved, till today I am still getting these charges for service I never signed up for. I have on several occasions to close my account and I keep being told to go to different departments and STILLL my account is open. I NEED SOMEONE TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT IMMMEDIATELY before I go to the ombudsmen. This is insane !
