Jet, what a joke

jet stores *******ly added a policy to my account. When I questioned it with Jet, TFG, I was sent from pillar to post. Eventually TFG gave specific instructions to the Jet team to remove these things as it had been requested in the past and had been added back to the account. What did jet do? Ignore the instruction, because it's always better to destroy people's lives. Yay

What does Jet do?, mess up my entire credit profile with their ********* business practices. I am still waiting by the way for a policy document or notification that was sent so many years ago. I have been fighting this for the 6 months and on top of it, the incompetence is at its finest within this distributed client service model. It works for you because you get to push clients all over the place without actually fixing what you broke

Hi Jet. Please tell me what difference that will make, when your people do not have the mandate to really resolve this issue? I am telling you that this flagging will be pushed from department to department, with no clear answer. Eventually your people will say, oh provide proof of payment. When you are still missing the real issue. The policy was added *******ly to my account. A request was made to have it removed in the past. Your team will focus on much further you can destroy my profile. Prove me wrong and I will retract everything, but you and I both know what I have said is true. I am hoping that every other person that has been negatively impacted by this responds on this chat, so we can decide on next steps. You have not only done this to me. You have done it to multiple people.

Hi,
What is the feedback here? Again, as I predicted, TFG, Jet, and RCS are probably passing the buck between them. Did you know that I cannot even upgrade my cell phone or even buy a car, both necessities in my line of work. No response. No nothing.
