Jet vaalmalls manager and staff are pathetic

I opened a new account @ jetvaalmall.that has a special where you get 50% discount in your first purchase.That was advertised in the window.The manager also had the cheek to tell me in my face that I could not get my card at another store because she doesnt want me to buy from another store!Then she wanted to give me R300 discount where I should have gotten 50% discount.The staff was rude! Mocking me! Rasict idiots! I walked out with out any discount and the manager told me to sort the problem out myself!I should have opened my account at Edgars!I struggled a whole week with jetvaalmall!I took a video and pictures!I feel I should show people what to expect from them!How are they allowed to refuse my card so I don't buy from another jet?!Jet was never like this!The manager also has no clue of what to do and how to solve a problem but instead give you attitude and fcng mock you!!I should have gotten R1500 discount.I phoned another jet where I wanted to go and the lady actually appoligised for the store in vaalmalleI regret opening a account at them!I learned in a week how to hate a whole store including their staff!I will not eccept this!Unfortunatly hre is nt enough space 4everythng
