Jet Vaal Mall

After my mom lost her Jet card, it took them 3 weeks to process another one and she had to threaten them with legal action before a new card was issued. Further, once it was issued, her credit limit was now R2000. She has had this account for close to 30 years and has several policies with them. Her credit limit was above R7000 prior to this. I am extremely disappointed in Jet for this tremendous ordeal. I will not be recommending it.
