Jet Vaal Mall
My mom has a clothing with Jet for over 25 years and she recently lost her card. When she app**** for a new one, she was told to wait for a week for a new one. We went back after 2 weeks and the card is still not ready! We were unable to do our shopping for Christmas or New year. Jet Vaal Mall is very unprofessional and we are extremely unhappy with the service. On top of that, they have been offline all day!
