Jet...... Useless.
I settled my jet account in 2012 and told them that I wanted them to close the account. Now 6 years down the line I can't get a loans due to jet never closing the account and it shows a balance of R7800. And the person on the phone is as helpful as a brick., no clue what to do. All he asks if I have proof that I closed the account Six years ago. I'm not a haurder and I don't know anybody that keeps papers for six years. I aneed them to sort this out and get me a paid up letter. That's all. Just because they did not do their work 6 years ago I have to battle..

20 Sept 2018, 10:11Ja sure. It is now 3 days later, no communication. Phone this number....... No answer. Simple. Article 10(1) law 68. No communication for 3 years. No legal demands for last 3 consecutive years. Last payment in 2012....double time. ******* to post old dept on credit bureau. Sort this out immediately.
