Jet Update my paid up account PLEASE!

I paid off an account that was handed over in November 2019. I requested a paid up letter and received it, but to my surprise today 14/10/2020 i check my credit score and i learn I'm supposedly 9 months in areas on a JET ACCOUNT!!!??? Someone please make it make sense!

Can my account be updated please, this has negatively affected my credit score so bad
