jet underwear !
I know clothing shops have a policy of not returning underwear . Today I tried to return two SEALED packets of underwear because they can go around my body TWICE. The woman point blank refused but yet there are OPEN packets of underwear lying all over the shop . I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I cannot return something that I bought with hard earned money . That is never going to fit me, that is completely sealed and not been worn . I understand that it's for hygiene sake but you can CLEARLY see that it has not been opened or worn . I will not buy from JET ever again .

Kindly note that our Refund and Exchange policy applies at all times. We will exchange or refund products provided that: ? there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt; ? it is within 30 days of purchase; ? it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable) it is unworn and unused and the price ticket is attached
For hygiene reasons underwear (excluding bras) and earrings for pierced ears may not be returned or exchanged
