Jet Umzinto!!! 17th June 2023 My Dad was working far way and happened to surprise us last minute,so I rushed to jet to get him something. Looking at the time I knew they was about to close around half hour or so ,I rushed in knowing what I needed for him. So as Im looking for the size the lady at the counter or till was shouting at the staff of I'm correct about music then it went off ,next she shouting about what she still needs to do and that they need to get home . So I left the the clothes I told one of the staff at the door to please ask her to stop shouting when there's customers in the shop. I know I'm just one person and the store isn't going to close for me and I'm not special..I'm also a women and a mom and truly understand what it's like being away from our family on special days .

But honestly I feel the level of service is dropping every where and that unprofessional way of talking to staff and screaming while costumers are in shop has to STOP .. Anyway will be closing our account soon, because Jet interest in account is so high it's never ending.

I felt disappointed as I left the store with nothing for my dad . Hope she had a fantastic afternoon nevertheless.

I'll be sure to ask customers to get ear plugs when going Umzinto Jet
