JET - *****ULENT PURCHASES ON ACCOUNT

I reside in Chatsworth, Durban and I have a Jet account. I'm been receiving smses and phone calls for outstanding installments which seem to be very high, I usually pay under R200 a month, this didnt seem right so I went to the store. They advised that purchases have been made at the end of September 2023 and beginning of October 2023 and I dont have any credit available. I have been paying on time and I also have my card on hand however, these purchases are *****ulent on my account and they have been made in Johannesburg and Pretoria. My account has been maxed out. This seems to be an inside job because I have my card with me and I have not been to Gauteng. This is affecting my credit score. Jet doesn't seem to be a very safe and stable company to have an account with since its so easy for people to make *****ulent purchases.
