Jet Tzaneen Mall

I was 3rd in line at 16:35 , it was the last the of the month . There was only one cashier working a,I’m still in the queue I ask the lady I believe she gives authorizations I think she might be the manager ( light skinned - Tsonga speaking). I tell her we have been in the queue for 15 minutes and the line is not moving , she said to me : I saw you enter 2 minutes ago, you didn’t even greet me you passed me.

I don’t know this lady , never paid attention to her when I entered the store. I say no its not been 2 minutes ask the people in the line how long we’ve been waiting . She says it’s because the other cashier I went to the bathroom .

She’s become more defensive & cross questions me I strormed out . I came back after 10 minutes the people are still in line that I left it’s around 17:05 . I ask her why is the queue not moving she says the other cashier is on tea break and gives me an attitude .
