Jet the worst service I have ever experienced

My account card was ****** and have now been struggling for 2 months and am still not able to use my account. I keep paying for services and more services keep getting added that I have to pay for but can't use! I can't use my account but must pay, every time I inquire in store or phone the call centre i get a different answer. No help no service but i must pay!!!
