Jet Stores so ***********!
My mother has an account with Jet, and also has Jet Club. In the month of September she lost her husband and according to the club rules, we were told that she was suppose to get some money for the loss of her husband, we have sent the documents in like 4 or 5 times now, and nothing has been happening, we do not know what to do now, we tried to call many times, when an agent answers, they transfer us to the other and the other transfer us to the other until they hang-up, everytime we call the same happens. Can we be adviced in what to do now.
