Jet stores SA

Im very frustrated with jet stores and it call centers that very helpful I was at cosmo mall jet stores to replace my care as it was ****** I was told it will take 24 to activate, 24 hour later my card is still not working, I went back 72 hours later I still can't use my card to purchase, I'm told it the system before it was the the card not activated , I'm really unhappy with the service I receive from jet as a whole I've spent alot on using cash because of failed service received
